Billy oversees the preparation and review of a wide variety of client tax returns.
Billy mainly focuses on the construction and real estate industries. He is also heavily involved in recruiting and new staff development, heading both for the Tax Department.
Client Service Focus
As a Tax Manager, Billy specializes in multi-state and consolidated tax returns as well as closely held businesses, working with owners and controllers in tax planning and income tax reporting, as well as representation before federal and state taxing authorities.

- B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting – California State University, Sacramento
- Certified Public Accountant — California Board of Accountancy
Beyond Work.
Outside of the office, Billy enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and two cats, as well as weightlifting, golf, traveling, and stand-up comedy.
