Ed joined BFBA as partner in December 2019. Prior to joining BFBA Ed worked at CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP (CLA) as a signing director beginning in January 2017 when GALLINA LLP joined the firm. He spent the previous seventeen years at Burnett & Co which merged with GALLINA LLP. He began his career in accounting after graduating from California State University, Sacramento. In addition, Ed received his Master’s Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He focuses on closely held companies in the real estate and construction industries.

Ed takes a personal interest in clients, their business and their goals and looks to develop long-term relationship through strong communications. He advises on areas of accounting methods, taxation of business transactions and planning.
