As a partner in BFBA’s tax department, Greg spends a significant portion of his time assisting clients with their tax compliance and planning needs. He specializes in corporate taxation, including multi-state and consolidated tax returns, as well as closely held businesses.
His client responsibilities include oversight of tax compliance and related tax planning, accounting support and general business consulting. Greg works with business owners in a variety of capacities. He provides business advisory services in such areas as:

Over his career, Greg has worked with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from small, closely held, often family owned businesses to emerging enterprises and mid-sized regional companies, all the way up to multinational Fortune 500 companies.
Greg’s industry experience includes construction, real estate, wholesale, manufacturing and financial institutions. Greg also has expertise in preparing and assisting clients with their corporate tax provisions.
